WASKOM

I started teaching at Waskom Elementary in August of 2012. I have taught Kindergarten, 1^st grade, 3^rd grade, and 4^th grade. I was the District GT/ESL Coordinator for the 2018-2019 school year. I became Assistant Principal for the 2019-2020 school year and served as AP for three years. I am currently the Principal of WES for the 22-23 school year. 

I married Bryce Boone in December of 2012. He graduated from Texas A&M with his degree in Construction Science. He builds homes in the East Texas area. We have two children- a 7 year old boy, Brooks, and a 4 year old little girl, who are both Waskom Wildcats!! We have three dogs, a lab named Jax, a westie named Hanna, and a rescue dog named Benji. We love to spend time at the lake and in Colorado!
